The buyer can be a user of the site, a person older than 18 years, or a legal entity that complies with the rules and ethics of the site.

Remember that "Place a bid" is a mandatory purchase action. If you clicked the Buy Now button, then automatically become the winner of the auction. If your offer is accepted by the seller, you will receive a notification shortly.
Your bid may be higher or lower than the base price, but not lower than the reserve price.

You can change your bet any number of times, but only the last bet is valid.

Yes, you can bet below the base. In this case, the seller independently decides when to stop the auction and nominate a winner.

You can become a winner if your bid is higher than the base price stated by the seller. If your bid is below the base price (but not below the reserve price), the seller will decide the positive question about the winner.

The artist / seller assumes the responsibility of selling the lot to the one who won the auction.
In this case, he makes sure that the work is available to him and that the auccoin is active.

In the event that your bid is below the base price, the seller reserves the lot manually (agrees with your bid).
Auction activity and your bid above the base price is a guarantee of your reservation.
In the event that your bid is above the base price, the lot is reserved automatically. You become a winner and pay for the purchase - confirm your bet.

When placing a bet, a fee in the prescribed amount is deducted from the buyer's balance, which is returned to the buyer in case the seller refuses the bid.
You, as a buyer, pay only the price of your bid plus a transaction fee.
The value of the transaction may vary and is not more than $1 USD. per bid.

You can withdraw the bid during the entire process until you click the "Confirm" button in the Shopping Cart page and did not pay for the purchase.

On the ArtsLand platform, sellers and buyers are not allowed to exchange contact details before the transaction is paid.
We strongly recommend that buyers bypass payment options outside the system. Watch out for scammers and pay for goods and delivery only within the system. We have all the tools for this.

Escrow is a secure transaction within the system. This means that the payment will be protected and the seller will receive the money only after you receive the parcel with the goods and close the deal. All payments to ArtsLand are made using Escrow.

In case of disagreement between the buyer and the seller, ArtsLand provides Conflict Resolution System - Arbitration. If the buyer received the picture is not the one for which he paid or didn't get an artwork at all, he can open the dispute. All disputes are resolved with the participation of the administrator.

The buyer can pay for the work in installments, saving large sums. How?
Payments between the Buyer and the Seller can take place in two ways:
1 - The buyer pays for the lot in installments
2 - The buyer pays for the lot in full
In the first case, the Buyer pays the system commission on the website using the user's personal account, and then the remainder (the cost of the rate minus the commission) directly to the Seller, having agreed on a convenient payment method. In this case, the Seller and the Buyer save on commissions of payment systems and currency conversion.
In the second case, the Buyer pays in full in two installments on the website - Commission plus the Balance, using the secure transactions system Escrow. In this case, the Buyer loses money for the commission of the payment system and currency conversion.
