Copyright Infringement Notice

ArtsLand respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.
ArtsLand's policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, provides for the disconnection and/or cancellation of user accounts that repeatedly violate the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others or are repeatedly accused of violating these rights.
Pursuant to the Digital Age Copyright Act 1998, ArtsLand will promptly respond to copyright infringement allegations made using the ArtsLand website (the "Site") that are transmitted to the ArtsLand copyright agent listed in the following notification example.
If you are the owner of the copyright, or authorized to act on behalf of one of them, or authorized to act in accordance with any exclusive right under the copyright, please report any alleged copyright infringement occurring on or through the Site by filling out the following DMCA notice Report the alleged violation and bring it to the designated ArtsLand Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the notification, as described below, ArtsLand will take any action, at its discretion, that it considers necessary, including the removal of the disputed material from the Site.

DMCA Alleged Violation Notice

  1. - Indicate the copyrighted work that you believe has been violated, or - if several Copyrighted works apply to this Notice - you can provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you think have been violated.
  2. - Indicate (i) material that, in your opinion, violates copyrights (or is the subject of an infringing activity) and which should be deleted, or access to which should be disabled, as well as information sufficient to enable us to find material, including the minimum, if applicable, URL of the link shown on the Site where such material can be found, and (ii) a link or link to the material or action that, in your opinion, infringes, which should be deleted or available on which it is necessary disable, and information sufficient to enable us to find this link or link, including at least the URL of the link shown on the Site where such a link or link can be found.
  3. - Indicate your mailing address, telephone number and, if possible, email address.
  4. - Include both of the following statements in the Notification text:
    "I hereby declare that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of copyrighted material, links or links to such material is not permitted by the copyright owner, its agent or the law (for example, as fair use)."
    "I hereby declare that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, is the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or exclusive right in accordance with the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
    Indicate your full name and your electronic or physical signature.
